29 Faces In May...

Be brave enough to live creatively.
The creative is the place where no one else has been before.
You have to leave the city of your comfort
and
go into the wilderness of your intuition.
What you will discover will be wonderful.
What you will discover will be yourself.
ALAN ALDA

Face #16

Painted on a 5" x 7" canvas.
The face was sketched on a vintage book page then applied to the painting.

Face #17

Painted on a 5" x 7" canvas.
This face was created using paper from a map dated in 1980.

I realized afterwards... once I uploaded the photo,
she was missing a little sparkle to her eyes. I will fix that.
Do you ever notice...
when you take a step back from your work, you see things in a different light.
A new perspective!

Working on sketch #18.
Going to try something a little different, this time around.
Looking forward to the outcome...
post pictures tomorrow.

Happy Friday!

  3. Pretty faces, and I love their hair! I considered doing this challenge because faces are one of the (many) things I need to work on--but didn't have the mental space for another challenge. I'm enjoying it vicariously through you, though :)
